3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

4. Tracking Information

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on your location and selected delivery method.

You can track your package directly through the courier’s website or by using the link provided in your email.

5. Shipping Delays or Exceptions

Shipping times are estimates only. RetroGo is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control — such as weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or peak season volume.

6. Failed Delivery or Address Errors

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

7. International Customs or Duties

At this time, RetroGo ships only within the United States.
When international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country.
